We’re value driven, with a proven record of impact in our core areas of focus for over 25 years including Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship. We facilitate shifts in mindsets, culture, and engagement, to inspire, build, and work with all relevant stakeholders. Whether it is through our books, media, community services, mentorship, consultancy, we are collaborative in our approach, spanning individuals, industries, and communities.

Sustainable cultural diversity

Maximizing one of our significant assets in the context of globalisation: our cultural diversity. The benefits in our cultural diversity outweigh the challenges many times over. We envision maximum opportunities, creativity, dynamism, resilience, and sustainability for the benefit of all stakeholders. The tensions along the way of our journeys and experiences should not mask or derail the massive potentials. It takes the right and timely intelligence, stature, and actions to overcome the challenges and unleash the value. Ephraim has walked the path. He has the lived experience, the multidisciplinary capacity, the network, and the wisdom to drive positive change.

We believe in people and their capacity to be agents of change and sustainable value.
